Purpose and grounds of processing personal data
The processing of personal information is based on the legitimate interests of the keeper, to perform our regulatory obligations or obligations under agreement terms, on agreement to process personal information. The register is used for marketing products and services, as well as arranging surveys, campaigns, competitions and events. The information in the register can be used for direct marketing. The information is also used to develop the business of the keeper of the register.


Information content of the register 

Logs on the website visitors (consisting IP-addresses). The logs are removed within one month. 

Statistical information of the web site visitors collecting information for instance on the number of visits and visitors; domains; most popular pages; entry pages; used browsers, operating systems, and search engines.


Principles for Registering Security
Data is kept technically secure on a secure server site. Physical access to the server base where data is located is blocked by access control as well through other security measures. Access to data requires adequate rights, as well as multi-stage recognition. For example, firewall technology prevents external attacks and access to registry information. The registration information is backed up safely and will be returned as needed. Security level is audited at repeated intervals either by external or internal audit. 

Right to check the personal data
You have a right to request a copy of personal information we hold about you; ask that we update the personal information we hold about you, or correct such personal information that you think is incorrect or incomplete; ask that we delete personal information that we hold about you, or restrict the way in which we use such personal information; forbid us to process of your personal information; and/or withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information (to the extent such processing is based on consent and consent is the only permissible basis for processing).
